Access is through an entrance hallway that serves the sleeping area and opposite the living area, where there is a separate toilet. The living area: A spacious living room is composed of two facing sofas for beautiful moments of sharing and relaxation, a large smart TV and internet are available. The large windows and ceiling height provide comfort and peace to guests. Cozy, modern and bourgeois atmosphere. The dining room: In the extension of the living room, enjoy a space for your meals around a round table for the most beautiful moments of tasting in the comfort of vintage! The kitchen: Continuing from the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen awaits you to prepare your best dishes... or simply reheat your neighborhood groceries! Oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso (Vertuo Plus) and all the dishes you will need are available. The "little extra": At the end of the kitchen, a small balcony awaits you for your two-person breakfasts! The sleeping area: Back at the entrance, a small hallway serves the sleeping area isolated from the living area. Two bedrooms await you as well as the bathroom (large walk-in shower). Each bedroom offers its own style for your greatest pleasure! All bedding and pillows are provided by the Sofitel brand for a luxurious sleep, like at a hotel! The green bedroom, master bedroom, very elegant in a "luxurious British" style, offers a queen-size 160x200 bed facing an antique fireplace topped by a beautiful ornate mirror. The terracotta bedroom, warm and ethnic, offers two bed configurations to choose from: 2 single beds 90x200 or 1 king-size bed 180x200 (please let us know your preferred configuration at the time of booking, the bed will be prepared as a king-size if there is no special request). The bed configuration can be changed up to two days before arrival, beyond that we will not be able to change it. For reservations of two people or less, the second bedroom will be locked and the standard rate corresponds to a reservation of one bedroom. If you wish to have both bedrooms, an additional fee will be charged. Two sets of windows in each bedroom guarantee the silence of your nights, and the shutters allow for complete darkness.
